When We Meet

Our monthly meetings are a great way to meet interesting women who are not willing to accept the status quo and are moving in a direction that is in alignment with core values and being responsible, healthy citizens and consumers. We enjoy getting connected, making new friends, sharing ideas and information, and finding new and interesting ways to inspire others in our communities.

If you are passionate about the environment, drawn to or curious about being more green, consider yourself invited. If you would like to meet other women who are on that path, please come. We are now meeting on the third Saturday of each month.

GreenGirls.net meetings are usually held at a coffee shop or private residenceOur next breakfast meeting will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 15 at Austin Java Cafe, located at 1206 Parkway. Check back for more details (to be announced). Be sure to RSVP if you are coming.

Since we have recently adopted a street, we will have a street cleanup event four times a year on the third Saturday. On these dates, we will have a cleanup (rather than a breakfast meeting) and gather informally for breakfast/lunch before or after the cleanup, depending on the season/temperature. Our next cleanup event will be on January 17. More info at our Scheduled Outings page.
