July Adopted Street Cleanup

This month as scheduled, we will be cleaning up our adopted street, which is located immediately adjacent to Pease Park. Since this cleanup falls in the middle of summer, we are adjusting the schedule so that we can be done before it gets too hot. We hope you’ll join us as we continue to help our community and make a visible impact on our local environment. Feel free to invite your friends and family as well.

Event: GreenGirls.net Adopted Street Cleanup
When: Saturday, July 17th, 8:30-9:30am
Where: Pease Park , 1100 Kingsbury Street (meeting place for cleanup supplies)

The actual street consists of North Lamar Blvd from Shoal Creek (the one just south of MLK) to 24th Street .

. Your energy, enthusiasm, and fun-loving spirit
. Gloves that can be washed and reused (optional; thin plastic gloves will be provided)
