October Adopted Street Cleanup & Breakfast Celebration

US/Central

How time flies! It has been one year since we adopted our street through Keep Austin Beautiful. In order to commemorate this occasion, we are going to have a breakfast celebration in addition to our quarterly cleanup. Please join us immediately before the cleanup for good food, good conversation, and just a good time all around! Breakfast tacos, bagels, juice, and tea will be provided. Feel free to invite your friends and family as well.

Our adopted street is on North Lamar Boulevard, framed by 24th Street on the north side and Shoal Creek Blvd on the south side just above 15th Street. Since it is immediately adjacent to Pease Park, there are numerous picnic tables where we will gather before our cleanup. Check out photos of the meeting location, adopted street, and some of our lovely volunteers at http://www.greengirls.net/adopt-a-street_cleanup_photos
