May Breakfast Meeting

You are invited to join GreenGirls at 10am on Saturday, May 16th, for coffee/tea and conversation. We will also explore the topic of homeopathy and hydrotherapy with Dr. Rhonda Steinke, a local naturopathic doctor. This month we will meet at Irie Bean Coffee shop on South Lamar. If the weather is nice, we will gather on the back patio.

Homeopathy and Hydrotherapy - Dr. Rhonda Steinke, ND will talk to our group about these natural therapeutics. She will introduce us to these modalities explaining their origin as therapies, how they are utilized, and what ailments they might be useful for. She will explain why these natural agents are more safe and sustainable than others you find in health food stores and will give instruction on how to utilize them at home.

Our monthly breakfast meetings are a great way to meet interesting women who are not willing to accept the status quo and are moving in a direction that is in alignment with core values and being responsible, healthy citizens and consumers. We enjoy getting connected, making new friends, sharing ideas and information, and finding new and interesting ways to inspire others in our communities.
